When do I pay the repair fee?

The registration fee (N2,000) is due upon intake. The repair service fee and any component costs are due only after the repair is successfully completed and verified by you.

What happens if you can't fix my laptop?

Our policy is "No Fix, No Service Fee." If a repair is deemed impossible after diagnostics, you are not charged the N13,000 service fee. However, the initial registration fee is non-refundable as it covers the diagnostic labor.

Do you offer discounts for students?

Yes. Valid student ID holders receive a 10% discount on the Service Labor Fee (excluding parts cost).
